Tittabawassee Township Cemeteries

The Department of Public Works is responsible for providing burial services and maintaining two municipally owned cemeteries, Pine Grove Cemetery located at the corner of Midland and N. Gleaner and West Side Cemetery located on River Road north of Freeland Road.

Footing Charges for Grave Markers

All markers require four (4) inch borders.

All footings will be thirty (30) inches deep.

Charge for footing will be $.25 per square inch.

Minimum foundation charge is $50.00

**On Veteran's markers the sexton may bill the deceased Veteran's family for the difference between what the Veteran's administration pays and the actual amount due for such cemetery work.
