If you are going on an extended vacation or if you go out of state for the winter and would like an officer to conduct a premise check of your residence, you can complete the following form and e-mail to lwojnar@tittabawassee.org. You can also mail the completed form to the department at the attention of Lisa Wojnar, or drop it off at the department during regular business hours. If you return from vacation early, please contact the department so that we may discontinue the check.
